Cancellation/Refund Policy for Subzi Bazaar Customers

SubziBazaar is a wholesaler of vegetables and does not produce any goods of its own, there might be
times when the goods delivered by us may not be up to the mark and we already are sorry for the same,
in such circumstances we request you to embrace your grievance to us via “Whatsapp - 84540 90046”.
We will take timely actions to resolve our shortcoming and will set a quest to deliver better the next time.

Cancellation Policy,
You can cancel your delivery on the day of ordering before 23:59. To cancel your order
go on the homepage of SubziBazaar and click, “Account” > “My orders” > Order that
you wish to cancel > “Cancel Order”. In case you have made a pre-payment while
ordering then the same shall be refunded in the form of a coupon of equal value having
a week-long validity.

Refund Policy,
Refunds for tarnished goods will be done only if we receive a complaint of the poor
quality of vegetables before 12 hours of delivery.
To make a claim under our Refund Policy, on “Whatsapp - 84540 90046” you must
send us a photo of the spoilt goods along with your grievance message. If the complaint
is legitimate then we shall issue a coupon having value equivalent to the price of the
spoilt goods.
